In a press release from the Murray Police Department, Gregory Ford, a traveling veterinarian, was arrested by the FBI in Florida for the sexual assault of a juvenile.
During the investigation of Ford, the FBI identified an additional victim in Murray and contacted Murray Police Department on Oct. 27.
Murray Police conducted an independent investigation and determined Ford had sexually assaulted a Murray juvenile in 2024. The release also said an arrest warrant was obtained for Ford on charges of first degree rape and sodomy. The Commonwealth of Kentucky will seek his extradition so he will face state charges in Kentucky court.
Murray Police Department determined Ford has traveled through Murray multiple times and the FBI is asking anyone for additional information on him. The press release also provided ways for additional victims to share information.
