Students gather around the Free Speech Zone as the demonstrator begins yelling his remarks.
On Monday the religious demonstrator Matt Bourgault, returned to Murray State to spread his message of hate and judgement. The demonstrator, who claimed to be associated with Consuming Fire Ministries, wore a sign that had a Bible verse on the rear and a “warning for heathens” on the front. Students gathered around the Free Speech Zone when the demonstrator began yelling hateful remarks at those walking past. Many students challenged the points made by the demonstrator leading to numerous back and fourths between the students and the demonstrator.
