The city of Murray offers plenty of holiday cheer the weekend of Dec. 1-2.
Like ice skating? Check out the Murray Bank’s ice skating rink Friday and Saturday. Sessions are from 4-9 p.m., Friday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday. Admission is $10 per session. Register at www.MurrayMainStreet.org.
If you like to shop, check out Main Street Merriment and visit local shops around the Court Square on Friday and Saturday. The Holiday Farmers Market will be from 5-8 p.m., Friday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday.
Get into the holiday spirit with the Town and Gown Holiday Concert at 7 p.m., Friday, at First Baptist Church. Admission is free.
The Rotary Light Up Murray Christmas Parade will begin at 5 p.m., Saturday on Main Street.
As Murray State wraps up the semester, graduation will be at 10 a.,m.,Dec. 9 in the CFSB Center. Admission is free.
