Brandon Guse, 20, has struggled with his health since he was 11 when he was diagnosed with GPA vasculitis (Wegener’s Disease). The disorder has resulted in stage 3 kidney disease which has progressed to kidney failure and dialysis. He now needs bone marrow and kidney transplants.
