Murray State University releases sad news about canceling university-sponsored travel this upcoming fall semester.
The main objective of the health procedures is to ensure all students, faculty and staff are suitably equipped to monitor their health in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak as we return to campus.
“University-sponsored travel during fall 2020 will continue to be on hold for students, faculty, and staff, unless deemed necessary by the President and/or Vice President of the University, or amended based upon state and national safety and health guidance,” according to the Racer Restart plan.
The article states that any approved travel must follow the official safety and health guidelines.
Murray State University is taking the COVID-19 restrictions very seriously.
