Former Murray State student Jack Epperson continues to face state charges following his arrest in 2023 and guilty plea to federal charges.
A Murray State News reporter called the Calloway County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office, and was told Epperson’s status hearing April 21 in the Calloway County Circuit Court was being continued. The Circuit Court said Epperson’s new hearing is June 16.
The reporter was told Epperson will not be present at his next hearing as he will be serving his federal sentence. Epperson’s attorney, Jason Holland, will appear for him in court.
