Murray State earned a score of 4717 while competing against Army and Kentucky in Lexington, KY, on Saturday, Nov. 16. They finished behind the Wildcats who had a score of 4740 while Army took third with an aggregate of 4677.
Scott Patterson led the Racers and claimed third overall with an aggregate of 1183. He also tied his season-high in air rifle with a 597. Freshman Carlotta Salafia finished fifth overall with an aggregate of 1182. She scored 586 in smallbore and 596 in air rifle.
John Blanton was the third and final Racer to finish in the top ten, earning an aggregate of 1179 with a 593 in air rifle and 586 in smallbore.
The Racers compete in their final match of the 2024 calendar year on Saturday, Nov. 23 at 9 a.m. CT against Jacksonville State in Jacksonville, AL.
