On Thursday afternoon, the Racers soccer team faced off against 19th ranked Xavier. The Racers managed to hold off Xavier in the first half with sophomore goalkeeper Griselda Revolorio making six stops, and ending the half with the score being tied 0-0. The Racers started the second half strong with a goal from junior forward Sydney Etter in the 50th minute. However, the Racers were unable to hold on, ending the game with the final score being 2-1.
