Below are the Nov. 6, 2018 General Election results for Calloway County.
United States Representative in Congress for the 1st Congressional District
James Comer (R) won against Paul Walker (D) with 61.91% of the vote. Beyond Calloway County, Comer continued to win the congressional seat at the state level. He is currently the incumbent and was first elected in 2016.
State Representative for the 5th Representative District
Larry Elkins (R) won against David Ramey (D) with 56.34% of the vote in Calloway County. Outside of Calloway County, Elkins continued to get 58.05% of the vote. Elkins was formerly the Calloway County Judge Executive.
Commonwealth’s Attorney for the 42nd Judicial Circuit
Despite winning in Calloway County with 56.41% of the vote, Mark Blankenship fell to Dennis Foust. The 42nd Judicial Circuit includes Calloway County and Marshall County. In Marshall County, Blankenship received only 28.08% of the vote. Overall, Foust won the race with 59.19% of the vote.

Linda Avery (R) was unopposed.
Property Valuation Administrator
Nikki McMillen-Crouch (D) was unopposed.
County Judge Executive
Kenny Imes (R) won with 53.03% of the vote.
Mayor of Murray
Bob Rogers was elected mayor with 56.79% of the vote. Rogers ran against Ed Davis.
Murray Independent School District, Board of Education
Gina Shipley Winchester, Shawn Smee and Miranda Terry were elected as members of the Board of Education.
Murray City Council
Out of the 23 candidates, Danny Hudspeth received the most votes, coming in at 7.0%. The other council members elected include: Jeremy Bell, Linda Cherry, Patricia Seiber, John Roberts, Alice Rouse, Burton Young, Rose Elder, Monty McCuiston, Dan Miller, Wesley Bolin and Terry Strieter.
Constitutional Amendment
The constitutional amendment being referred to as Marsy’s Law, passed in Calloway County. 58.21% of voters were in favor of the amendment whereas 41.79% were against.
County Attorney
Bryan Ernstberger (R) was unopposed.
County Clerk
Antonia Dunn Faulkner (D) was unopposed.
Sheriff
Sam Steger (D) was unopposed.
Jailer
Kenneth Claud (D) was unopposed.
Coroner
Ricky Garland (D) won against Janus Vilardo (R) with 60.98% of the vote.
County Surveyor
Christopher B. Jones (R) was unopposed.
1st Magisterial District Magistrate
Eddie Clyde Hale (I) was unopposed.
1st Magisterial District Constable
No candidate was filed but write-in candidate Randy Lee won the race with 100% of the vote. Lee received one vote in favor of him.
2nd Magisterial District Magistrate
Larry Crutcher (D) won against William “Bill” Duncan with 55.04% of the vote.
2nd Magisterial District Constable
Bryan Paul Williams (D) ran unopposed.
3rd Magisterial District Magistrate
Don Cherry (R) was unopposed.
3rd Magisterial District Constable
Tim Stone (D) was unopposed.
4th Magisterial District Magistrate
Paul Rister (R) won against Ralph Rogers (D) with 64.02% of the vote.
4th Magisterial District Constable
Timmy Manning (D) was unopposed.
42nd Judicial District, District Judge
Randall Hutchens was unopposed.
1st Educational District, Member of Board of Education
Jay Housden was unopposed.
3rd Educational District, Member of Board of Education
Scott Lowe was unopposed.
Mayor of Hazel
John “Scooter” Paschall was elected mayor with 53.74% of the vote. Paschall ran against Alli Hillard Robertson.
Hazel City Council
Joe Thompson, Dale Taylor, Jodi Hanneman, Gail Jones, Lisa Kell and Lori Charlton were elected to city council.
