Commencement is an established tradition at Murray State and a lot of work goes into honoring the students’ achievements.
“It’s the completion of a journey that deserves to be recognized to the fullest,” said Shawn Touney, director of communication. “Months of planning and execution by many people is involved, in order to make the ceremony the successful event it is for those in attendance.”
